The challenges are delivered as downloadable files, each structured into seven pages and you also receive a link to a video to guide you through the exercises! Within each challenge, five carefully selected poses or breathwork exercises are featured to help you achieve your ultimate goal by the end of the 30-day program.
Every exercise has its own dedicated page with clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure proper technique. Plus, a progress tracker page is included to keep you motivated and monitor your journey every step of the way.
